Beyoncé's nine-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter has long been interested in makeup, with her mom first showing Blue experimenting with cosmetics in 2016, when she was just four. Those skills have evolved a lot over the last five years, to the point where Blue has mastered the cat eye in a way even some adults haven't. Her grandmother Tina Lawson shared a photo of Blue's latest work on her, including her perfect eye liner work
